Virtual Assistant

Canada Part Time $65,000 - $75,000

The primary function of this position is to be the “right hand person” and gate-keeper for the CEO of our small business in the spirituality and personal development sector. This role will function as the gatekeeper.

You would ensure the CEO's busy calendar is proactively maintained so that all information regarding appointments and obligations are 100% accurate. This position books all travel and appearances, and communicates relevant information to the team as necessary.

You should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the CEO's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents.

Responsibilities:


-  Calendar management
-  Aid CEO in preparing for meetings
-  Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of CEO
-  Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for CEO
-  Contribute to the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.
-  Attend networking and marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
-  Assist with cryptocurrency conversion.
-  Assist with local equipment researching and samples purchasing.
-  Assist with day-to-day personal tasks.
-  Interact with the firm’s professionals, prospects, and clients.
-  Travel Coordination
-  Small event planning & coordination
-  Possible social media management

Qualifications:


-  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
-  Proven ability to manage a CEO
-  Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
-  Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
-  Strong written and verbal communication skills
-  Prior experience with project management software. (Experience with ProWorkFlow Project Management Software a plus.)
